L'Ashwagandha nourrit et renforce les réserves de l'organisme. La racine d'Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) est un des toniques et fortifiants les plus réputés de la médecine ayurvédique.
Épuisement : 1 à 2 gélules avant le petit-déjeuner et avant le coucher.
Soutien en cas de stress : 1 gélule de préférence le soir.
Déconseillé aux femmes enceintes ou allaitantes.

Augmente la production de GABA. Des études qui induisent dans ce cas des effets secondaires ou une toxicité n’ont pas été retrouvées.
En cas d’utilisation de Bio-Ashwagandha, il est recommandé d’éviter les stimulants comme le café, le thé noir, le cola et le chocolat.
